IFF

Introducing IFF: The Heart Behind the Hustle
IFF (Irene and Franco Focone) is the nonprofit arm of NFA Records — created to empower underserved creatives, uplift
communities, and promote equity through music and media.
Rooted in legacy and driven by purpose, IFF is where the spirit of family meets the future of creativity. Founded by Nicole Focone
Russo in honor of her parents, IFF supports artistic development, legal education for creatives, and community-based storytelling programs.
We believe that access to creative opportunity is a right — not a privilege. Through micro-grants, workshops, and social impact
campaigns, IFF opens the door for the next generation of visionary artists.
